Publication / About

A home for the practice, not the hype.

Vibe Writing Hub documents a useful way of writing with AI before the term gets reduced to shortcuts and generic output. It is published by Orwellix, and it is designed to be useful whether or not you ever use Orwellix.

What vibe writing means here

The phrase borrowed its shape from vibe coding: directing a result through conversation rather than performing every operation yourself. In writing, the borrowed idea needs a stronger authorship principle, because voice, facts, and lived perspective cannot be delegated safely. So this site uses a four-part working model: you direct, the assistant proposes, you judge, you own. Every lesson, prompt, workflow, and example is built on it. The full definition, with its history and its competing uses, is in What Is Vibe Writing?

What is here

Ten lessons that go from the definition to ethics and disclosure. Ten mega prompts, each a complete session brief with variables, an example run, follow-ups, and failure modes. Eight stage prompts that do one job each. Five workflows with the decisions left in. Three annotated examples that show the AI draft verbatim next to the human revision. Three writing path hubs with format guides. And a small set of resources, three of them as free PDFs for newsletter subscribers.

By Orwellix

Vibe Writing Hub is an informational project of Orwellix, a writing workspace with a document editor, readability and grammar analysis, and an AI assistant that edits inside your document. That relationship is stated in the header, the footer, and wherever Orwellix is recommended. The recommendations are contextual: they appear where a task on the page could genuinely continue in Orwellix, they say so plainly, and they carry tracking parameters so we can see whether they are useful. No lesson, prompt, or example requires Orwellix, and the tools guide describes other categories of tool on their merits.

How the site earns its keep

Two ways, both disclosed. Readers who find the site useful sometimes try Orwellix. Readers who want the PDFs join the newsletter, which carries occasional labeled notes about Orwellix alongside the writing content. There is no advertising, no sponsored placement, and no affiliate relationship with any tool mentioned here.

Editorial values

Human-led: the person authors, the assistant assists. Generous: the resources are useful before anything is promoted. Specific: worked-through workflows and representative example runs over inspiration. Honest: every prompt page records its review date, says that model behavior varies, and names what a human must still check. Warmly opinionated: the site makes editorial judgments and labels them as such, including the frameworks it invented, which are marked as this site's and not presented as external standards.

The editorial team

Every lesson, prompt, workflow, and example on this site is credited to the Vibe Writing Hub Editorial Team: the people at Orwellix who research, write, review, and maintain the site. Pages carry a team byline rather than individual names because each one goes through the same shared process, and the team as a whole stands behind what is published, including corrections. The methodology page explains that process: how resources are researched, drafted with AI assistance, reviewed, and updated. The corrections page explains how to report an error and what happens when you do.
